SHALISSA M. FERGUSON is an attorney with The Fay Law Group. She focuses on the defense of civil matters, including transportation, general and premises liability, construction, and professional liability

Before joining The Fay Law Group, Ms. Ferguson handled complex civil litigation, including the representation of businesses, insurance companies and individuals in personal injury and property damage litigation, in both federal and state courts in Massachusetts and throughout New England for many years

Ms. Ferguson is a magna cum laude graduate of University of Scranton where she was a recipient Presidential Honors for Academic Excellence. She obtained her law degree at the Villanova University School of Law where she was Associate editor of the Villanova Journal of Catholic Social Thought and recipient of the Dorothy Day Award for Pro Bono Service and the Francis E. McGill Scholarship.

She is a member of the Massachusetts and Pennsylvania bars and is admitted to the United States District Court for the districts of Massachusetts.
